This product is designed to meet the most exacting specifications and
offers:
 |
Solid Concrete Construction
Our patented finished wall systems are comprised of solid concrete encased in rigid and
durable polymer forms. They are designed to permit reliable and high quality fast-track
construction. Structures built with concrete are more durable and can be engineered to
withstand earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons and tornadoes. |
 |
Engineered and Modular Components
Our engineered and modular components facilitate convenient on-site assembly, and can
include built-in insulation, service raceways, frame openings and trim accessories. The
result is clean and finished indoor environments, solid and finished exteriors that can be
enhanced with a variety of finishing options, and buildings that are adaptable to
architectural detailing. |
 |
Proven Cost Savings
Our ultimate wall system also delivers proven savings in design, labor and finishing
costs. Additional cost savings are derived from earlier occupancy, improved energy
efficiencies, and maintenance- free environments. Depending on the market and application,
Royal Building Systems can provide cost advantages over masonry, tilt-wall and
pre-cast alternatives. |
 |
Energy Efficiency
RBS wall systems create valuable energy efficiencies through the use of
pre-insulated forms, (continuous layer of exterior insulation) and through the temperature
storage and retention qualities (thermal mass) of concrete. RBS walls save heating and
cooling costs while maintaining comfortable indoor living environments. |
 |
Environmentally Sound
Our ultimate wall system is resistant to moisture, mildew and mold, leakage and
rot, ultra-violet radiation, insects and pests, extreme weather and earthquake conditions.
RBS components are fully recyclable. |
Rigid PVC extruded polymer components serve as the finished formwork
for a variety of concrete walls for bearing, non-bearing, retaining, and foundation wall
applications. These patented wall systems are available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and
colors to meet every building need, from the simplest enclosure to complex architectural
designs.
Window and door openings and jambs are easily incorporated. Insulation
and raceways can be built in. Assembly is a "snap", and finished interior walls
are ready for immediate use.
Prepared to order and assembed on site, our finished wall systems offer
remarkable advantages in both short-term efficiencies and long-term savings across a wide
range of building solutions.
The RBS8i wall assembly has a minimum effective R-value of 22 (RSI
3.82), in cold climates.

The interior finish of the RBS walls meets code requirements for flame
spread and smoke developed. Additional finishing or drywall is optional.
