To create the deck, the Precise Trimform Ledger System uses a series of
telescoping beams and shoring posts to support standard forms. The forms are locked
together using bolts and nuts or by using the Set-n-Lok System.

Once the forms are in place, the walls and deck can be poured at the
same time, or monolithically. The International market often pours the interior walls to
save on the cost of lumber. Conduit and pipes can easily be tied into place before the
pour.
Shut off plates are used to create openings for doors and windows. This
eliminates the need to create a custom wood blockout for each opening.
Homes that require an overhang use the outside ledger overhang form. It
is supported and leveled with a specially designed adjustable turnbuckle. For homes with a
pitched roof, a pitched ledger system can be made. It functions in the same way as the
standard ledger system.
