For the cleanest
looking pours with the least amount of effort you need the
Precise Precasting System.
Precise Forms provide several labor reducing forming systems
to precasters nationwide. Our forming system provides a better product with less set up
time and tear down time compared to the 24" steel-plywood systems on the market
today.
The Precise Precast System can save you 33% on labor and
accessory cost over traditional 24" plywood forming systems.
With the attached hardware system,
you eliminate almost all loose hardware!
We are proud to be a member of the NPCA since 1993. We are committed to
provide the highest quality products to the competitive precast industry.
Precise Aluminum Forms will give you clean looking pours
for the life of the system without the need to reface your forms every 100-150 pours. The
Precise System will last well over 2,500 pours with proper care.
You will not have the down time for reconditioning with Precise Forms that you experience
with plywood forms.
The Precise System is extremely versatile. Almost any
size and shape box can be poured with standard forms. Blockouts can be positioned easily
with great looking results.
Reduce your labor for pallet and header installations
while increasing the accuracy of your joints. Precise pallet and header
system is easily placed and held in the forming system saving labor costs. The pallet and
header forms are produced from high grade aluminum and are durable to stand the test of
time.
The system is very flexible allowing you to handle most any
shaped box.

The use of Monolithic Pours can help you:
Reduce labor costs
Increase casting quality
Eliminate a pour
Precise Forms introduces another labor saving method for the
progressive Precaster. Make monolithic pours of a five-sided box with the Precise Forms
Deck Adapter system. This system allows the pouring of the walls and deck in a single
pour. The deck system can be craned into position and removed as a single unit, thereby reducing
labor. When water infiltration is a concern, eliminate the problem by making
a single pour. If you can flip the casting over to strip the inside, this is the
most efficient way to make the pour. It is completed in most cases with the same forms
used for wall construction, just in the horizontal configuration, attached to the Precise
Forms Deck Adapter.
