Precise is defined by Webster's Dictionary as "conforming to a
strict standard".
James E. Trimmer founded Precise Forms Inc. in March of 1967, to be
operated using strict standards in every aspect. These standards were
achieved through his active involvement in the industry and his first-hand
exposure to the contractor's needs. These standards ensure that you, our valued
customer, are pleased with everything that you receive.
We start at
the very beginning with the highest quality raw materials. From there our
manufacturing team is painstakingly exact in their production to prevent any problems in
the field. We have installed robot welders to ensure consistent welds and
increased productivity. The shipping department knows exactly how to get
your order to you when you need it. When you do need something, just give our sales
department a call. They are always glad to assist you with any of your needs.
Precise started as, and still is today, a family owned and
operated business with sights set for aggressive contractors and their needs.
Thanks to the quality of Precise's service and products we have been able to grow from a
small building 1967, to over 150,000 square feet and still growing. Expansion into the
international market has been greeted with fantastic response.
There has been and always will be a strong motivation to update
products and meet the needs of our customers. Please share with us any suggestions on
how we can serve you better.
Precise Forms conforms to a strict standard in the manufacturing of our
product. We start at the very beginning with the highest quality raw materials. Our
skilled manufacturing team is painstakingly exact in their production to prevent any
problems in the field. We include features in each of our forms to provide a stronger and
more durable form that will last for years to come.
Precise was
the first to introduce the 0.125 thick facesheet which has become the market standard. Our
specially designed side rail provides greater strength and durability to the form while
protecting and supporting the facesheet. Corner gussets are used to strengthen the corners
as well as to minimize concrete build-up thus providing a stronger, longer lasting form.
Special patented brick side rails provide support for the face of each brick. Serrated
bracing allows the contractor to have a better grip on the forms while carrying, as well
as a safer climbing surface.
Precise Forms was the first to introduce and is still the most
extensive user of robotic welding. This ensures uniform welds and proper weld penetration.
We weld where the customers can't see, behind the bracing on our panels. Don't settle for
second best when it comes to quality. Go with the Precise Aluminum Forming System!
