Precise Forms has been manufacturing quality Aluminum Forming Systems
for the rapid construction of walls, decks, beams, and columns in residential and
commercial applications since 1967.
Our "TrimForm" System provides a complete line of standard
and decorative forms as well as supporting accessories and wall ties. Custom forms are
available for most any situation with the submittal of drawings.
No job is too complex for the Precise "TrimForm" System! The
Precise forming system works with stacked form situations, gang forming, precast
applications, curved walls, and much more!
With Precise Forms products, quality of pours remain consistent over
time. Unlike plywood forms that disintegrate from daily use and refacing requirements,
Precise Forms provide consistent, high-quality results.
Precise Forms
eliminates the annoying and expensive headache of refacing. The Aluminum System will last
well over 2,500 pours with proper care and maintenance. Precise Aluminum Forms allows you
to provide your customer with the best looking pours possible.
Precise Forms was the first company to introduce the 0.125 thick
facesheet which has become the market standard. Our specially designed side rail provides
greater strength and durability to the form while protecting and supporting the facesheet.
These are a few of the many benefits aluminum forms have to offer:
 |
Greater strength and durability through specially
designed side rails. |
 |
Significant Quality - Over 600 inches of high quality
robotic welding on every 36" x 96" form. |
 |
Increased versatility with a full line of fillers,
attachments, corners, ties and accessories. |
 |
Stronger and better looking corners with our unique
inside corner design. |
 |
Corner gussets are used to strengthen the corners of the
forms as well as to minimize concrete build-up. |
 |
Easy accommodation for tall walls, since our forms are
easily stackable. |
 |
Our forms are cost efficient. With reasonable care,
cleaning, and maintenance, 2,500 pours or more are not unusual. |
 |
The end rail on the smooth aluminum form allows the face sheet
to inset. Inset end rails add strength to the form and additional face sheet support
without unsightly lines to the vertical form joints. |
 |
The unique bushing design allows for the installation of
the attached hardware system at any time. |
 |
Precise uses a serrated 4" channel bracing on
all of our 6-12 hole pattern forms. This provides a better gripping surface on the
wider cross members.

 |
Perfect for residential, light commercial, precast
concrete, and many other applications. |
